Limited to 12 couples

Workshops are designed to give you a helping hand when it comes to mastering the moves. With a restricted number of couples per workshop, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the teacher is able to spend time helping you to develop your style and technique.

These workshops are designed for people with very little or no dance experience and gives you a bump start to help you on your way. There are 36 beginners Jive Patterns, which are covered in 3 x 6hr Workshops

As well as being taught the moves you will also learn how to string them together so you can "freestyle" your way through a dance.

How much experience is required?

None Required! If you have done less than 18 beginners classes then this workshop is tailor made for you.

Is it for me?

Ideal if you have just started and wish to 'kick start' your dancing. Also suitable for dancers who just want to ensure that they develop good technique.

What will I learn?

12 beginners moves, how to link moves, turning & spinning, freestyle techniques. This Workshop gives you the equivalent experience of 6 classes.

What are the Benefits?

After the workshop you will immediately have a repertoire of core beginner's moves. You will be able to freestyle and enjoy full participation at regular social dance evenings.
