1. Tuition Refund Policy

1.1 If the buyer withdraws from a course more than 14 days before the course commences, the buyer will receive 75% refund

1.2 If the buyer withdraws from a course 7 or more days before the course commences, the buyer will receive 50% refund

1.3 No refunds/credit will be given if the buyer withdraws from a course less than 7 days before the course commences the buyer shall remain responsible for full tuition.

1.4 A 15 Euro registration fee is included in the price of a course.

1.5 Registration fees and performance fees are non-refundable.

1.6 Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal. The seller requires one week advanced written notice if the buyer wishes to withdraw from a course.

1.7 The seller does not refund absences. No refunds/credits are given to for dancers missing classes

1.8 The venue is subject to change. In the event of a venue change after a course has commenced, a refund will be given if requested for remaining classes on the course not attended after the date of the requested refund (less a non-refundable booking fee of 15 euros per person).

2. Studio Policies

2.1 Social Dance Network Ireland has the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance.

2.2 Social Dance Network Ireland is not responsible for loss of, or damage to personal property.

2.3 Social Dance Network Ireland expects all students to be courteous, polite and respectful of each other and their teachers. Students are expected to arrive on time for class and dressed appropriately. Students may not eat or chew gum in the studios. Water bottles are acceptable.

2.4 Social Dance Network Ireland has the right to remove a student due to disorderly conduct or behavior.

2.5 Please telephone ahead, if possible, if you will be absent. The studio's number is 085-8434071. Absences resulting from illness, injury or vacations may be made up within three weeks. Planned absences may be made up in advance. Please note that we do not refund absences. In the event of school closings due to inclement weather, students must make up the lesson in another class within one month.

3. Defects / Returns

3.1 The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within three (3) days of delivery notify the Seller of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Buyer shall afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the Buyer believes the Goods are defective in any way. If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.

3.2 For defective Goods, which the Seller has agreed in writing that the Buyer is entitled to reject, the Seller's liability is limited to either (at the Seller's discretion) replacing the Goods or repairing the Goods provided that:
(a) the Buyer has complied with the provisions of clause 3.1;
(b) the Goods are returned at the Buyer's cost within seven (7) days of the delivery date;
(c) the Seller will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner;
(d) the Goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all packaging material, brochures and instruction material in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.

3.3 The Seller may (in its discretion) accept the Goods for credit but this may incur a handling fee of 10% of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight

3.4 Our Shipping & Returns policy varies depending on the product(s) being purchased. Larger items may require shipping up charge. Customers requesting faster methods of shipping can contact us for a price quote/estimated delivery date. Customers will be notified if additional shipping charges are necessary and the order will be held until approved by the customer. Out of stock items and/or special-order items may incur additional shipping charges as well. Out of stock items and/or special order items in your order will likely delay shipping time.
